Rental Applications
Applications may be found hanging on the north side of the blue drop box in yellow envelopes.
How to Submit Your Rental Application
- Each adult must complete an application in full.
- Place the completed application in the blue drop box along with:
- One month of proof of income (pay stubs or Social Security award letter)
- Copy of a valid ID
- $40 application fee (cash or money order)
- If you receive rental assistance, include a copy of the agency paperwork showing the monthly assistance amount
